Login is required in order to download installations and updates for retail editions of Pinsetter Essentials. All customers who have purchased a retail edition of Pinsetter Essentials can log in once their activation has been completed to download new full cd releases and updates as they are made available. To login, the login name is the cd-key provided in the cd case you recieived. It must be entered exactly as it is in the case with the dashes included. Your password will be provided to you by us in a letter provided with your purchase. If you have lost or misplaced your cd-key and you have purchased a retail edition, then contact us to file a claim with some key information and we will try to help you recover your key. This system will help us distribute updates and releases much more efficiently than our current system as we are constantly updating the software.
